Who you are

You're a recruiter at heart. Someone who gets energy from building, not maintaining.

  • You have experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate)
  • You understand how scarce profiles work (SAP, IT, data, AI)
  • You're commercially driven, but with integrity
  • You take ownership — this will soon feel like your own business
  • You enjoy bringing structure where there isn't any yet
  • You want to grow, professionally and personally

Important: This is NOT a role for someone who only wants to deliver candidates on existing requests. You find it natural to go out into the market yourself, identify opportunities, and build relationships with clients.

This is a role for someone who says: "I'm going to make something of this."

What you'll do

You'll build BPC Contracting from the ground up — together with us.

Recruitment & network

  • Actively source and approach SAP and AI professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers and candidates
  • Conduct in-depth intake conversations
  • Build long-term relationships with specialists

Commercial market development (new business)

  • Actively identify and develop new client relationships
  • Have conversations yourself with organizations looking for interim SAP and AI capacity
  • Think along about market positioning, propositions, and focus segments
  • Build a healthy and scalable client portfolio together with the team

Foundation & growth

  • Bring structure to the recruitment and contracting process
  • Help shape the culture and working methods of BPC
  • Eventually: build and lead your own recruitment or contracting team
